MUNICIPAL PROFILE

Located in the Eastern Townships at approximately 40 km east of Sherbrooke, Dudswell is based on a charming site at the bottom of the Appalachian Mountains. The municipality is a merger of two rustic hamlets, Bishopton and Marbleton. This community counts approximately 1700 inhabitants and, since 2001, Marbleton is a member of the Association des plus beaux villages du Québec (Association of the most beautiful villages in Quebec).

Dudswell is characterized by its beautiful landscape, the abundance of its flora, fauna and natural resources, a very alive artistic and cultural life, the presence and authenticity of its history, the inheritance of its patrimonial buildings, all nested   in a charming decor surrounded by  lakes and rivers. Follow “la route des cantons” or highway 112, and it will lead you directly to Dudswell!!!
